Rowhouse (Townhouse) pricing SHV3 (Fully Equipped and Fully Furnished):

90 sqm (living+kitchen+2bed+bath) total price 2 500 000 thb about 55 600 eur (+ 100 000 thb registration fee, when you accept your ready apartment)
50 sqm (living+kitchen+bed+bath) total price 1 500 000 thb about 33 400 eur (+ 100 000 thb
registration fee, when you accept your ready apartment)

Rowhouse apartments 1-13 construction begun in January 2010 and will be fully completed by July 2010.
Rowhouse apartments 14-31 construction begins autumn/winter 2010.
All single house types, construction begins immediately and is ready in max. 6 months from order!

Additionally all SHV3 roads, underground electricity systems, water systems
are ready by the end of 2010! Clubhouse, sauna, gym and giant swimming pool will be completed winter 2010/2011!!

A-house, 2bed+liv+k+bath, 91 sqm, price 1 300 000 thb
A+ house, 2bed+liv+k+2bath, 107 sqm, price 1 500 000 thb
B-house, 3bed+liv+k+2bath, 150 sqm, price 2 100 000 thb
C-house, 4bed+liv+k+3bath, 196 sqm, price 2 700 000 thb

Additionally you normally need Premium 1 equipment packet, icluding e.g. European Kitchen, Garden Landscaped, Aircondion machines, etc. Price for this packet is same for all our regular housetypes, price 500 000 thb.


Optionally you can choose from our jacuzzi equipped pools on your own plot:
3x5m, price 500 000 thb
4x8m, price 650 000 thb

Also you have possibility to optionally choose marble floors, instead of floor tiles inside. Price for this is only 1 200 thb / sqm, in any housetype.


Costs of SHV3:

Common Fee Single House, 1 500 thb / plot / month

90 sqm rowhouse apartment, 3 000 thb / month

Common Fee for 50 sqm rowhouse apartment, 2 500 thb / month

Includes:
- 24h Security
- gardenings of all common areas of SHV3
- cleaning and taking care of big common pool with chemicals, clorin, salt and adding water frequently
- electricity cost for all common areas of SHV3
- water cost for all commoin areas of SHV3, eg. watering common gardens
- common roads of SHV3 and maintaining and taking care of them
- garbage colletions
- maintenance of whole SHV3 area

Electricity cost is 5 b/kwh according to own meter and typical bill per month is about 1800 thb.
Water cost is 30 b/m3 according to own meter and typical bill per month is 350-400 thb.

Voluntary "Take care of my house", 22 eur / month:
When nobody lives in your house, we will visit your house once per week. Flushing toilets, checking rooms, letting water to sink smell-locks, observing pest and mice, checking and reporting possible damages. Checking your house from inside and out, and get things fixed, if necessary.

In single house addional costs:
Cleaning of pool 2 000 thb per month (additionally chemicals about 4 000 thb per annum and water addments, salt, clorin few times per month based of seasonal and individual pool need)

Private Gardening, about 800 thb per plot (depends of course on, who you pick as your gardener)

Wifi Free. Broadband Internet, if you want, depends on speed, 4Mb 1 166 thb / month (not a must).

Premium set Free. UBC-Satellitepacket, from 750 thb / month UBC-Silver (not a must).

We also represent officially AIG insurance company and will sell you inexpensive total coverage insurance packet for your house, from 5 000 thb per annum, based on your choices of sum and alternatives.

And these were all the most important costs.
