Smart House Valley

Smart House Valley was opened for sale at autumn 2008. Many plots have been sold already, but since Valley has 51 plots in total, you can still get plot that you want from there easily.

Smart House Valley is located about 2 km south of our Smart House Village projects, but still only about 8 km from city centre and beach.

Smart House Valley project will have 2 common pools and a clubhouse with sauna and gym.
