In Thailand you cannot own land as you are foreigner, "farang" as they say. This is why we offer you the only legal way to "own" or lets say "control" land in Thailand, just like your own plot. This is called Long Term Leasing 30+30+30 years, where Government of Thailand guarantees the lease always for 30 years at one time.

Additionally in our agreement papers there is a clause that if Thailand Government ever will allow foreigner to own land in Thailand, your plot(s) will be transferred into your name with only transfer costs, by your request. 

Also we have inheritance clause in our agreements, which gives your inheritagees the opportunity to make inheritance by your will or rules of inheritance also applying lease contract into this inheritance. In other words your relatives can decide who gets the leasing agreement, if you die, or will the whole house with leaqse-plot(s) be sold totally.  

Leasing-price of the plot is the same as you would buy it totally to be your own, so this plot-payment is applicable only once, when documents are signed. Thailand Government charges tax for guarantee the leaqsecontract per 30 years at the time. Amount of this tax is currently 100 000 thb (2 250) (including all handling costs) for 30 years, so only about 80€ per year. Tax is always paid beforehand for whole 30 years time at once, so on the pace of 30 years.
